Dear Andrew and family, I worked with David at St Chad's Hospital for several years from 1985 and then at Dudley Road Hospital for many years. He was a kind and thoughtful man who contributed many years of hard work to the NHS. He was in some respects ahead of his time in trying to initiate the use of computers into clinical practice.
